SWEAT

There's no better Large Group Training program in Long Beach than our SWEAT program! Each 50 minute session will have a maximum of 20 members where we use interval training to help you burn calories, work on your cardio and work up a "sweat!"

STRENGTH

Small Group Personal Training at its best! 60 minute sessions with a max of 8 members per session to ensure that each member gets results! We focus on helping your building strength so you can lose that unwanted belly fat, tone your muscles and develop strength!
