LARGE GROUP TRAINING

There's no better Large Group Training program in Long Beach than our SWEAT program! Each 50 minute session will have a maximum of 20 members where we use interval training to help you burn calories, work on your cardio and work up a "sweat!"

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Small Group Personal Training at its best, and we call it STRENGTH! 60 minute sessions with a max of 10 members per session to ensure that each member gets results! We focus on helping you build strength so you can lose that unwanted belly fat, tone your muscles and have a great looking physique!
